Welcome to the Cherry Myay Academy Alumni Initiative Grant Program!
About the Program
Our program aims to empower our esteemed alumni to create meaningful change in their communities and fields of expertise. We invite all alumni to submit innovative project proposals that can make a significant impact.
Grant Details
Funding Available: Grants of up to 3,000,000 MMK
Project Duration: Up to 4 months
Eligibility: Open to all Cherry Myay Academy alumni; collaborative projects with fellow alumni are encouraged.
Focus Areas
We’re particularly interested in proposals that address the following areas:
Community Development: Projects enhancing local quality of life.
Education: Initiatives supporting youth development (e.g., vocational training, workshops, seminars).
Sustainability: Proposals promoting environmental awareness.
Application Process
Submit Your Proposal:
Provide a detailed project outline, objectives, expected impact, and budget plan.
Collaborate with at least two fellow alumni.
Review Period:
Our Academy Management Team will carefully review all submissions.
Notification:
Successful applicants will receive instructions on funding disbursement and project implementation.
Submission Guidelines
- Use the official proposal format.
- Clearly define the problem your project addresses and how it provides a solution.
- Present a detailed budget.
- Include at least 10 activity photos along with your reports.
Reporting Timeline
Submit two reports during the project:
- Mid-term report
- Final report
- Funds will be disbursed in two installments:
- 80% upon grant award
- Remaining 20% after the midterm report submission.
Deadline
All proposals must be submitted by July 31, 2024.
